| Benkar is the pioneer of shopping cards concept and
holds one of the largest customer bases in Turkey. Benkar created the Advantage
Card in December 1998 and since then Advantage Card has constituted a very
successful installment/shopping credit card model for the retail sector. It has
300 member merchants from 25 different sectors and 1.500.000 card holders.
Daily shopping amount carried over on Advantage card is in the order of 3
trillion TL. |

| Defined as a "life style" card, Advantage card
enables its customers easily access the products and services they need.
Guiding the customers to the merchants it also plays a significant role in the
increase of sales volume of merchants.

| Advantage card needed a web site to increase service
quality, decrease operational costs and provide information to both its
customers and member shops. The site would be used not only for account
transactions for the cardholders and merchants but also would be an aggressive
online marketing tool to increase the number of advantage cardholders. |

| Solution |

| After a pilot project carried out with VeriPark,
Benkar decided to use VeriBranch credit cards module and VeriPark's permission
marketing product TouchPoint for Advantage Card web site.

| The web site features all Advantage card
transactions, from monthly balance and transaction list inquiries to bonus
point redeem for cardholders. Also Advantage merchants can get their account
information and access all account related reports through their secure site.
Advantage carries out these operations from call center and IVR systems, which
are totally based on the VeriBranch infrastructure created for the web site.

| Advantage cards widely used online marketing efforts
including campaign creation, campaign response analysis, and reports are
implemented using TouchPoint. TouchPoint's permission marketing infrastructure
enables, e-mail and SMS as marketing channels and Advantage card holders and
merchants are informed from services and special promotions by personalized
e-mail and SMS messages. Advantage card account balances and account
information of are also sent by e-mail and/or SMS based on customer
preferences.
