BriSA is Bridgestone’s production center in Turkey. It is Turkey’s market leader in tyre sector and has 580 dealers throughout Turkey. As Turkey's market leader, BriSA develops tyres using world standard technology, and invests highly in technology to ensure the continuous success and competitive advantage of its products.

| BriSA wanted to increase its operational efficiency and customer satisfaction to meet the needs of a highly competitive market demand. The ERP systems of BriSA and its dealers were different and disintegrated. BriSA needed to renew its technology infrastructure to execute its business processes integrated with its dealers and create a high business synergy.

VeriPark developed the dealer integration application for BriSA. The dealer integration application enables secure and fast data and information transfer between BriSA and its dealers and integrates BriSA’s ERP system SAP with dealers’ ERP system Logo (a local ERP software). The project enables total integration between BriSA's central SAP system to all the dealers using Logo both synchronously and asynchronously. The integration enables automatic data transfer in key business processes between dealers and BriSA, including centralization of customer information, dealer order and invoicing, product list synchronization, and warranty claims fulfillment. Moreover, enables free format messaging and data transfer between BriSA ERP system and the dealer ERP systems.

Automatic transfers of order and invoice documents between BriSA and dealers replaces manual work previously carried out by fax, phone and manual data entry, resulting in decreased operational costs and eliminating errors. Order system integration, enables dealers to give timely information to the customers on shipment status.

Centralization of customer information enables BriSA a platform for CRM, for better servicing customers resulting in customer satisfaction and increased sales. Integration in warranty claims, decreases warranty service periods, further increasing customer satisfaction and decreasing errors in those processes.

The system also enables central monitoring of dealers’ stocks. Thus production planning efficiency, better stock management is possible increasing costs further.
