| In a joint venture with Turkcell, Turkey's first
and leading GSM operator, VeriPark developed the business concept and
technology for a new line of SMS based applications. This technology was then
leveraged to create an SMS TV game show for Show TV.

| GSM based Short Messaging System (SMS) is one of the
hottest new technologies in the mobile world. Handy, affordable and easy to
use, text messaging's popularity and the number of text messaging based
applications are growing exponentially. In taking advantage of this recent
trend, it is becoming clear that creative use of SMS messaging applications can
drive revenue opportunities for both the mobile network operators and content
providers.

| Solution |
|
SMS (Size Milyarlar Sunuyoruz) is an SMS message
based TV show that allows millions of TV viewers to participate in an
interactive game and answer questions by sending short text messages to a
pre-designated service number. VeriPark developed the idea, the business plan
and the necessary software for the first live game show in Turkey. The software
connects to mobile operators SMS Centers using native protocol and handles the
high traffic that occurs when questions are asked during a live show.
VeriPark developed this solution architecture by using its mTalk Server. The
gateway, developed by VeriPark, is a high volume content delivery platform for
mobile applications, and works as the primary platform for all of VeriPark's
mobile projects ranging from TV game shows to mobile marketing.
The gateway communicates with the TELCO operators SMSC software using native
protocols. It accommodates high volume data transfer and is designed to support
the SMSCs of multiple operators.
This VeriPark enabled show ran live on Show TV for three months, raising Show
TV's audience ratings and generating more than 1 million USD in revenue for
Turkcell.
