Methodology
VeriPark’s comprehensive approach to solutions guarantees the success of projects. At VeriPark, project methodology consists of 6 phases encompassing a wide range of tasks from defining business requirements to supporting an implemented solution.
 
 
Each phase contains tasks, deliverables, associated roles, supporting information and guidelines. Phase 1, Discovery takes place at the beginning of a project and helps establish the client’s business objectives and determine the initial project scope. Phases 2 through 5 are characterized by an iterative development cycle, which can be used during initial implementation or across the lifecycle of a product to produce product extensions. During iterative releases, tasks and deliverables are tailored to fit the scope of the product deliverable. The final phase, Operation occurs after the project is successfully deployed and includes support and actual operation of the solution. The Operation phase may last a few months as a warranty time or longer depending on the particular client agreement.
