DenizBank realized Turkey's first B2B Market Place with VeriPark.
Situation
DenizBank is one of the youngest and fastest growing banks in the Turkish banking industry and has succesfully made a reputable name in the financial sector. Since its privatization in 1997, DenizBank increased its number of branches from 18 to 122 and from the beginning of 2002 more than 70 new branches were opened. DenizBank's branch number increased to 185 in 2004.

DenizBank aimed to widen its online banking services' scope offered for its corporate customers and provide services at each level of work flow from supplier to consumer. DenizBank decided to preserve the existing traditional commerce features and carry these to electronic environment as a new structure which would be the B2B Market Place model.
Solution
e-DenizBank project that carries trading relations of firms with their dealers to electronic environment is realized by VeriPark.

Veritical, VeriPark's demand-supply chain management software that helps buyers, sellers and financial institutions to streamline their business operations is utilized at e-DenizBank project. VeriPark created a scalable, robust and secure system architecture to enable e-DenizBank to work with sellers' and buyers' ERP systems in integrity. At the system the buyer selects the product from the catalog and orders it from the seller. When the seller approves the order this information is sent to DenizBank and DenizBank transfers the payment from the buyer's account to the seller's account.
