Contact Management

You can add new customers, update existing ones and search for specific
customers within Call Center module. Every customer data is checked against
certain criteria so that the every customer is unique in the system. Any
customer information that resides within the region of a dealer or service
center automatically replicated to dealer system.
IVR
Integration and Order Placement

Customer orders placed by the IVR system can be transferred to Call Center
module via integration and delivered to dealers. Usual orders can also be
recorded by the call center agents and automatically delivered to dealers. Call
center agents can monitor the status of orders so that customers can be
informed about the status of their orders in real time.
Customer
Complaints and Requests

Call Center agents can record customer complaints or requests and edit the
history data of customer complaints. Edited customer complaints can be viewed
via central operations module and updated by sales, marketing or customer
relations employee.
Messaging
with Dealers

Standard messages can be defined and sent to selected dealers in your network.
