Monitoring
and Processing Orders
Mobile workers can use any GPRS enabled mobile device such as mobile phones,
PDAs or mobile data terminals to monitor orders sorted by priority and routing
information. Order status can be updated on the mobile device and delivered
immediately to dealer and call center screens. With the help of status
reporting, service performance of mobile workers can be monitored centrally.
Messaging
There is no longer a need for mobile workers and office staff to connect by
voice communication when they need to communicate. Using predefined messages,
messages can be sent and received via mobile device which may report the status
or emergency.
