The VeriBranch Branch Automation Edition consists of three modules; teller, manager and admin. This edition is feature-rich and easy to use, improving teller customer service while reducing transaction costs and training time. The Branch Automation Edition's manager module is an indispensable program for supervisors and managers and provides full access to all teller and branch information available in the Teller module. This edition provides capabilities for "real time" monitoring of teller status, including cash totals, transaction totals, as well as detailed transaction lists. Data can be viewed from a current transaction journal or from a historical transaction journal. A detailed transaction history can also be maintained indefinitely for all tellers.

Manager module: The manager model includes built-in reporting from either a current transaction journal or from a historical transaction journal. Reports can be previewed online or printed.

All data is stored in a database that is compatible with a wide variety of industry standard report writing tools and query tools, accommodating additional user defined or ad-hoc reports.

Teller module: At the heart of the Branch Automation Edition are flexibility and control. Financial Institutions have complete "point-and-click" control over transactions, menus, receipt/document formats, and more. Institutions can easily customize the Branch Automation Edition to meet the demands of bank policies and procedures, without additional programming.

The Branch Automation Edition comes with several pre-defined Teller object databases (or "transaction sets") that banks can use "out of the box" or as a starting point for customization.

Admin module: The admin module provides easy to use dialogues for creating institutions, branches, tellers, and other users. Teller/user controls include individual cash limits (minimum/maximum cash in drawer, and maximum cash out limit). With the admin module, you can also assign permissions to a user such as Supervisor, access to Branch Manager features, and more. The admin module also provides dialogues for creating and maintaining all necessary run-time database files.
