VeriBranch allows your customers to access their account information and manage
wealth easily. Customers can perform the following banking transactions with
little effort;
Account Inquiry/Summary:
This feature allows institutional customers to access multiple accounts
including savings (time deposit) and loan accounts. With a click, customers can
view their current savings and loan balances, or view several months of
transaction history for each account. Customers can also enquire as to the
status of checks and debentures.
Funds transfer:
This functionality allows customers to transfer funds between their accounts,
to third party accounts and to interbank accounts. VeriBranch also supports
SWIFT transactions for interbank Foreign Exchange (F/X) fund transfer.
Foreign Exchange
(F/X) Transactions:
Customers can view FX rates, buy and sell F/X, and make funds transfer between
different F/X accounts.
Request Customer
Information Changes:
Customers can request to change account specific information. (e.g. change of
email, address)
Scheduled Transactions:
Customers can define payees and schedule one-time or recurring payments and
fund transfers. For example, a user could set up a recurring payment to pay
their rent on the 5th day of every month. On the same screen, a user could
schedule to pay their one time debts to various friends and billers. Customers
pre-define payees; billers, merchants, and other individuals or institutions
identified to receive payments. Once set up, payees may be added, edited or
deleted at anytime.
Bill Payment:
Enables customers to pay bills (utilities, credit cards, cellular phones, etc)
online. VeriBranch integrates to each financial institutions bill presentment
and payment systems.
Credit Card Transactions:
Customers can apply for credit cards, view their credit card statements, pay
their credit card bills, make cash advances, report theft and stop further
credit card transactions.
