What you will be doing
- Manage the company’s accounting department that spans multiple countries.
- Provide financial reports to management for cost accounting, revenue analysis, and financial ratios.
- Planning and forecasting future growth.
- Assist with ERP implementation and budgeting forecast.
- Establish and ensure adherence to the group-level budget.
- Conduct meetings with and provide data to potential investors.
- Generate consolidated financial statements by using external consultants.
- Optimize the company’s financial performance and strategic KPIs.
- Contribute to the development and execution of company strategy, challenging assumptions, and decision-making as appropriate.
- Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.
- Ensure IFRS compliance, manage transfer pricing between group companies, and control intra-group monetary transfers.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to proactively address financial challenges and opportunities facing the organization.
- Provide financial leadership and direction to the finance team, setting goals, priorities, and deadlines for financial reporting and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, managing tax planning and reporting activities.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue generation, and operational efficiencies.
What we are looking for
- 10+ years of finance experience in global/multi-country software companies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role.
- Qualified Accountant: CMA, CFA, ACCA, CA.
- Previous experience in a Software or Hardware Company with a knowledge of SAAS.
- Proven experience in Financial Due Diligence for M&A transactions.
- Proven experience in Investor Relations and Company Evaluations.
- Proven experience in the preparation and compilation of all historical financial reports.
- Proven experience in compiling and filing financial and tax statements at the global level.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS Standards.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure risk is managed and the organization is provided with effective and efficient corporate support systems to facilitate high performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including analytical presentation abilities.
- Data-driven, analytical, with excellent attention to detail.
- Energetic, passionate, with an appetite for growth.
