About the job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of experience who will be responsible for managing all recruitment activities. In VeriPark you will have the chance to work on technical positions as a Senior IT Recruiter. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.

What you will be doing

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle by effectively moving applicants through the process, in a timely manner,
  • Develop candidate pipelines using job portals, resume databases and networking,
  • Perform competency-based interviews with candidates,
  • Negotiate salaries and create offer letters,
  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions,
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process,
  • Build influential candidate and customer relationships during the selection process,
  • Manage the young talent programs and employer branding activities.

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with IT agencies or consulting companies
  • Bachelor’s degree from related fields
  • Excellent command of English
  • Take ownership of and drive the recruitment process with high level of attention
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
  • Good understanding, personal responsibility, flexible and eager to learn
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with remote teams
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies.
  • Innovative mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve products and processes.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
