As a Technical Hiring Manager, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring. The primary objective will be to ensure the acquisition of skilled professionals who possess the technical expertise necessary to drive VeriPark’s success.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct candidate screenings, assessments, and technical interviews to evaluate technical skills and experience.
  • Be a domain talent expert, develop search strategies, provide valuable assessments and strategic insights to position VeriPark.
  • Work closely with VeriPark Talent Acquisition Team with the target of closing the positions within the required SLAs.
  • Provide outstanding guidance to internal clients as they define the technical talent and organization leaders needed to drive VeriPark’s strategy using consistent communication.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each applicant's technical background, professional history, and specific fit to the role.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and online platforms to streamline recruitment processes and enhance productivity.

What we are looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferable in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring technical talent in software development.
  • Knowledge of .Net, C # and Dynamics CRM / PowerApps development environments
  • Proficiency in technical recruitment, with a demonstrated track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across various IT domains and roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies, terminologies, and trends, with the ability to assess technical skills and experience effectively.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results.
  • Professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in all recruitment activities.
