Announcing the loss of our founder, general manager and dear friend Aslı Derbent Özkan

Words can not start to express what we all feel today. It's with immense sadness that we have to announce we lost Aslı Derbent Özkan, co-founder of VeriPark and General Manager for almost 25 years.   

Not only was she a great example for all women in IT, but our entire VeriPark family will remember her as a great leader, teacher, friend and a compass to all of us, guiding us towards a brighter future with her wisdom, support, and unwavering belief in our potential. Most of all she was an exceptional and warm human being, inspiring, reliable, always positive, hardworking, genuine, and always aiming to contribute to a better world with projects close to her heart.

She will leave a void that can never be filled. Our thoughts and heart are with her family and loved ones. Her funeral will take place on Wednesday, March 29, all details below.
