VeriPark powers digital banking in Canada with User Group launch and credit union success stories

October 2, 2025

A new wave of innovation is taking root in Canada’s digital banking market. As credit unions prepare for shifts in the vendor landscape including publicly announced service wind-downs, VeriPark is taking a leadership role in helping Canadian credit unions fast-track their digital transformation with secure, cloud-powered solutions and a new collaborative user group.

Building on a live Canadian deployment since 2022, VeriPark has recently achieved several milestones in Canada. The company launched a British Columbia–based credit union into production with a bold new design and a seamless user experience. It partnered with a Manitoba-based credit union on a strategic transformation combining VeriTouch CRM with a comprehensive VeriLoan LOS rollout. VeriPark is also supporting First West Credit Union in adopting VeriChannel Omnichannel Delivery solution across retail, small business, and commercial banking. These highlights represent only part of VeriPark’s ongoing work with Canadian financial institutions.

These successful launches prove that Canadian credit unions don’t need to compromise when it comes to digital banking," said Selim Hasan, Sales Director at VeriPark. They can move fast, stay secure, and delight members at the same time.

We’re not just delivering a solution”, said Barry Frame, Chief Revenue Officer at VeriPark. “We’re helping create a blueprint for how credit unions can thrive in a rapidly changing financial services landscape. By combining global best practices with Canada’s unique market needs, we are enabling credit unions to compete, grow membership, and remain at the heart of their communities.

Canadian User Group: A Collaborative Platform for Innovation

In a first-of-its-kind initiative, VeriPark has officially launched the Canadian User Group, bringing credit unions together to collaborate on digital innovation while maintaining independence in their strategies. First West Credit Union is leading the way as the pioneer member, with more founding members to be announced shortly.

This is about giving Canadian credit unions a louder voice and a bigger seat at the innovation table,” added Darrell Jaggers, First West Credit Union’s Chief Transformation Officer. “Together, we can accelerate transformation while staying true to our own brand, member experience and cooperative principles. Canadian credit unions deserve more than a replacement vendor. They deserve a long-term partner who can keep them ahead of the curve. That’s the role VeriPark is here to play.

Adding to the momentum, VeriPark has been certified by Central 1 as an official digital banking vendor migration partner. The company’s proven expertise in direct core banking integration – along with new flexible models using available integration layers – positions it as the go-to partner for credit unions of all sizes.

With demand for robust, member-focused digital platforms at an all-time high, VeriPark is doubling down on its mission to help credit unions thrive in Canada’s fast-changing financial landscape. The company has successfully completed multiple digital banking migrations and continues to support additional institutions currently undergoing transformation.

VeriPark’s executive team will be at booth 8 at Momentum 2025 (Oct 6–8), Fairmont Chateau Whistler, BC, hosted by Central 1.
