What you will be doing

  • Undertake market research, collate feature recommendations from clients and build a pipeline of requirements.

  • Conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions & identify gaps amongst existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutions.

  • Analyze all business requirements and provide detailed specifications. (BRD, FRD, Use Case Documents etc.)

  • Assist project managers and development team during the project life cycle especially reviewing & executing test cases, training business users, and leading the UAT.

  • Work on project lifecycle and different methodologies like Waterfall or Agile.

  • Act as a Consultant to provide business value analysis as part of discovery phase.

  • Provides support and guidance to presales and professional services on new system features.

  • Work closely with the Technical Lead on the requirements document and RTM.

  • Act as a guide/mentor and prepare more leaders by using the knowledge, skill, and experience.

  • Work on multiple projects and able to manage time accordingly.

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of relevant working experience.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (e.g., BE, BTech, ME, MS)

  • Experience in Product Development and implementation of multiple Digital Banking Solutions for Digital Banking.

  • Thorough understanding of at least one of the Retail Banking Operations or Functions like Card Operations, Digital Banking, Customer Onboarding, Account Opening and Loan.

  • Good knowledge of Digital channels is a must.

  • Good knowledge of one or more of the Retail Products like CASA Accounts, Fixed Deposit, Islamic banking products and Credit Cards.

  • Understanding of various analysis techniques and methodologies.

  • Ability to convert concepts into visual diagrams and processes using different tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq, Adobe XD.

  • Hands-on Experience working on different rule engines and process automation tools and techniques.

  • Knowledge about customer service, sales, and marketing aspects within a bank.

  • Ability to define and explain end-to-end processes via User Journeys.

  • Experience in integrating Digital channels with back-end systems.

  • Knowledge of Core Banking Systems, Operations, and Functionalities.

  • Willingness to travel for short-term project engagements if required.
