About the job
What you will be doing
- Adoption problem and key users meeting, track usage of software and business outcomes.
- Generate new opportunities, new CRs in existing clients.
- Track client risks and dependencies and get them to closure at the clients end.
- Ensure client activities are done well and correctly.
- Track open issues related to clients and get them to closure internally.
- Organize and be on-site on activities that require on-site presence.
- Ensure open invoices are paid and track client process for collection.
- Responsible for warranty closure, renewal of AMC and license contracts.
- Attend marketing events, new logo clients and make presentations and speeches in events.
- Regular weekly meetings with clients, stakeholders to discuss project success.
What we are looking for
- 12+ years of relevant working experience in software industry.
- Familiar with Software development terminology.
- Graduate Degree in IT, Computer Science.
- Banking / Insurance experience is a must.
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP, and Scrum etc.).
- Fluent English & Arabic speaking and writing skills.
- MS office products.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Positive / upbeat attitude.
- Presentation skills.
- Results oriented, get things done mentality.
- Customer oriented.
