What you will be doing
- Lead development teams.
- Make Proof of Concepts of our products in customers.
- Implement customer demo requirements in Pre-Sales and Sales phases.
- Implement product preview features, customizations and showcases in our product roadmap.
- Participate in R&D activities and experimenting with bleeding edge private and public preview technologies and early adoption of those in our products.
- Maintain public and private demo environments of VeriPark products.
- Develop and execute a product innovation strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Identify market trends and customer needs related to banking products and translate them into innovative solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to identify product opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to conceptualize, prototype, and launch new banking products.
- Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring they are feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Drive product development processes, including roadmaps, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements or modifications.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact banking products.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
What we are looking for
- 10+ years of proven experience in product management or product innovation within the banking industry.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative banking products.
- Strong understanding of technology trends, digital transformation, and customer-centric product development.
- Relevant certifications in product management or innovation are highly desirable.
- Experience working in an IT company with a focus on banking products is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and sales.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies.
- Innovative mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve products and processes.
- Leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
