We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Sales Specialist - FSI CRM Software to join our team and drive sales of our CRM software solutions tailored for the financial services industry (FSI). The Product Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with financial institutions, wealth management firms, insurance companies, and other FSI organizations, and promoting our CRM software to enhance client relationship management and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, particularly within the FSI sector.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target financial institutions, wealth management firms, insurance companies, and other FSI organizations for the sale of our CRM software solutions.
  • Identify and qualify leads, conduct market research, and engage in prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients, including executives, relationship managers, and IT directors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the features and benefits of our CRM software, addressing the specific needs and pain points of potential clients in the FSI sector.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed about product updates, enhancements, and new features, and provide feedback based on client requirements and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team throughout the sales process, including post-sales implementation, product demonstration preparation, RFP response preparation, meetings, and customer visits.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and market trends related to CRM and customer relationship management in the financial services sector.

What we are looking for

  • 6-8 years of experience in a similar industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, business Administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven track record of success in software sales, preferably within the financial services industry and specifically in CRM software.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices, particularly as they apply to the FSI sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience selling CRM software or related financial technology solutions to the FSI sector. Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements, such as GDPR, CCPA, and FINRA.
  • Existing network of contacts within the financial services industry, particularly among FSI organizations.
  • Relevant certifications or professional training in sales or financial technology.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to meet with clients and prospects as needed.
