What you will be doing
- Renewals: Managing the entire process along with the respective sales account managers, tracking the renewal periods, constructing the renewal proposals, and tracking the successful ending
- Maintenance of Contract Folder: with all the updated conditions, and tracking the developments.
- CR Process: Managing the entire process from the demand-request until the closing with the respective project and account management teams, coordinating the proposal delivery and obtaining the PO.
- Forecast Update: Making sure that the correct numbers are reflected in the CRM and forecast system.
- Contract Entry: Processing contract/PO to CRM. Preparing contract/PO to be processed in Global invoicing sheets.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of relevant working experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related departments
- Strong analytical skills with a critical and inquisitive attention to detail
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
