His guidance helps clients understand market dynamics and industry trends as well as future scenarios and opportunities.
Prior to Gartner, Mr. Casey was the Chief Digital Officer at First Financial Bank where he led the strategic development of the bank's digital services, including identifying differentiating digital capabilities and leading the development of the digital business strategy and roadmap. In previous management roles, Mr. Casey's responsibilities included project and portfolio management, technology governance, and vendor selection and management.
